The Season 3 Elections resulted in the establishment of Bookkeepers.
Teams that voted for the Forbidden Note Free Will received a player back from the Hall of Flame, causing Returned players to receive a 
Debt. The Forbidden Note also seemed to be painful to the Red Voice.
