Witness

Witness is a modification awarded to certain players, after the Season 1 Elections. Every team has exactly 1 Witness.
Witnesses may not be moved from their teams, through blessings, Feedback, Solar Eclipse or any other method. Witnesses may not enter Shadows. The vigil may not be obstructed.
As a result of the Divine Spark decree from the Season 2 Elections, Witnesses grow based on their experiences. In other words, certain events cause Witnesses to gain permanent stat boosts.
